Are you a business or organization passionate about cycling? Showcase your products and services to a dedicated audience at the Southern Nevada Pedal Fest. Secure your vendor booth now and connect with hundreds of cycling enthusiasts.

Vendors Will Need

  • Table
  • Tent
  • Tent Weights
  • Chairs
  • Wi-Fi Hotspot
  • Vendor must hold a current business license with the City of Las Vegas; temporary business licenses are available – click here for more information.
  • All vendors must provide a COI naming the Southern Nevada Mountain Bike Association, the City of Las Vegas, and Southwest Bikes as additional Insureds.

Vendors Must:

  • Provide informational materials about your organization and services
  • Pick up all trash and boxes from your area at the end of the event
  • All vendors are responsible for paying the State of Nevada any sales tax they collect at the event
